The business collects the contact details you provide when you get in touch or become a client: your name, business name, email address, phone number, and information about your website project. If you pay for services, payment is processed by Stripe; the business does not receive or store your full card number.
How information is used
Your information is used to respond to your inquiry, schedule calls, deliver and support your website project, send invoices and payment links you requested, and communicate with you about your project. It is not used for unrelated purposes.
Text messaging program
With your consent, the business sends text messages from (414) 800-9311 about scheduling, booking confirmations and reminders, project status updates, website demos, and payment links you requested, and replies to messages you send first. Consent is given verbally during a phone call with the business, or by texting START to (414) 800-9311. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for help. Opt-outs are honored immediately.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected for the text messaging program are never sold or rented.
Sharing
Information is shared only with the service providers needed to run the business (for example, payment processing and communications providers), only as needed for them to perform their work, and never for their own marketing.
Your choices
You may ask at any time what information the business holds about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or withdraw consent for text messages by replying STOP or contacting the business. Email merlin@pennies.net.
