Services
pennies.net designs and builds websites and provides related consulting services for small businesses. The scope, price, and timeline for each project are agreed in writing (including by email) before work begins.
Payment
Package prices are stated on this site and in your project agreement. Payments are processed through Stripe. Monthly care plans continue month to month and may be cancelled at any time with effect at the end of the current billing period.
Text messaging terms
If you consent to receive text messages from the business at (414) 800-9311: messages relate to your inquiry or website project, including scheduling, booking confirmations and reminders, project updates, demo links, and payment links you requested. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, HELP for help, or START to sign up again after opting out. Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your content
You keep ownership of the text, photos, and other materials you provide for your website. You are responsible for having the right to use them. The business may show finished website work in its portfolio unless you ask otherwise in writing.
Liability
Services are provided with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, the business's total liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the amount you paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
